Eastbrook History

Established in 1970 in beautiful Winter Park, Eastbrook Elementary is the recipient of the Golden School and Five Star School awards and was recently named a PBS Gold Level model school. Eastbrook Elementary School provides reinforcement of school wide procedures throughout the year using Positive Behavior Support, videos, assemblies and whole class modeling to ensure students are aware of behavior expectations. Discipline data is monitored to ensure fair and equitable behavioral expectations and consequences for all students.

A school-wide recognition system is used to reward students who are kind to others and make appropriate choices. One "Eagle Excellence Award" is announced for each grade level each day on the morning news, as well as a "Class of the Week" that is awarded to a class that follows the four school-wide Eastbrook Expectations: Be safe, be responsible, be honest, be ready!

Our mission is to encourage students to be safe, respectful, honest, and ready. This mission guides and supports all students to reach their highest potential and become lifelong learners contributing to society. In order to accomplish this, our school provides a staff that works cooperatively with students, parents and the community.

Eastbrook Elementary is committed to finding success in each one, some way, every day.
